  John came out and repaired my leak within 3 hours of calling him. Other places were wanting to schedule it 2-4 weeks later. Appreciate him and what he done

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!----John jacks up estimate on job hours and then when he does the work it takes much less time ---exp, estimated 4--5 hours to complete--Job = $600 --took him 45min to complete cut me a deal at $500.00-- Deal ???--his material cost was lest than $50.00--BEWARE!!

  First of all, I did not unclog a drain. I had to replace 20 ft of drain line in the crawl space. Secondly, I do not charge by the hour, I charge by the job. At the time of estimate I calculated 2 hours not 4 based on the problem. However if you wish to break it down by hour, between the first trip to diagnose, the trip to pick up the material to fix the drain line, which was $87 not less than $50, and the second trip to replace the drain line, that’s approx 3 hours. Then I took off $100 because it didn’t take me as long to replace the drain line as I initially thought. If you had a problem with the bill, it should have been discussed prior to you writing your check, not 7 days later with a bad review.

  Everything. We had an outrageous water bill they came out letting me know in advance it would ba a few hours. They checked everything inside and under the house no leak. It was my meter. I can't thank these guys or recommend them enough. If you want a good quality work by honest people give them a call.
