  I really hate that we had such a negative experience. We are a vacation rental business and rely on good reviews as we do on good service. This company started out good. They replaced the heat exchanger in our tankless water heater. Three days later when our renters arrived the water wasn't heating. We were desperate to get the unit working again. Our urgent phone calls and messages to J & P were never even answered. We ended up paying another plumber to come and fix it. Turns out J & P left a cap on that caused the condensation to back up into the unit. I certainly understand that mistakes can happen. I don't so much blame the installer as I blame the company for not backing up their service and blatantly ignoring their customers in a time of need.

  Ed and his staff are thoroughly professional and they take great pride in and stand behind their work. They are reasonably priced and usually available in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them for all aspects of home plumbing.
