  Prior to J&K Plumbing coming out, AHS sent out another plumbing company out to render services. Despite doing a great job with two of the three issues I requested services for. The company failed to correct the issue with my water heater. Thus, causing pen hole sized leak to get out of control overnight and cause my ceiling to leak. While at the same time stating that I had a holding tank and a hot water heater and not two hot water heaters. However, when J&K Plumbing came out to conduct services. The technician was very knowledgeable and educated me on what the other technician from the other company was referring to. It came to be that I do have two hot water heaters (which I knew), but if it is setup the way the other company had it setup, then it would be considered a holding tank vs a hot water tank and the warranty company would not cover any issue with it. J&K Plumbing repaired the pin sized leak that caused me to have four leaks from my ceiling and went above and beyond to conduct a courtesy check of the other company's work that was conducted two days prior. He is very professional and trustworthy. I have made J&K Plumbing my primary contact for all things plumbing for my American Home Shield Warranty Plan. I would refer them to anyone.

  Jake from J&K Plumbing was SO helpful! This is the second time AHS has paired us with J&K Plumbing (two unrelated issues, months apart) and I will be requesting them from now on. Not only did Jake fix the problem I called about, he adjusted the pipes to fix a drainage problem on the other side of our sink. Every time I've worked with him, he fixes the issue AND educates me about what caused the issue or just general 'good to know' info. He also recommended a couple of products that could help us in the future. HIGHLY recommend J&K Plumbing and shoutout to Jake in particular! THANK YOU!

  We Use America Home Shield for Home Warranty. Had a garbadge disposal leak. The appointmnet with J&K was made in 3 days after our request for our McKinney rental home on Eisenhower Drive. The Service person arrived on time and came to the door with a replacemt diposal just in case it needed to be replaced. He finished the job in 15 minutes and we are a very happt cistomer woth J&K Plumbing and AHS
