  Needed to get into my storage unit which is right next door to these guys. They had their trucks parked in the storage unit lot blocking access. They are 24 hr access units, but apparently these guys think they can just park wherever and not care that they are blocking access to our units that we pay for.

  Moved in to a new house recently, which is currently being worked on by J&K. Been several occasions where I can not leave my house due to construction equipment breaking or big piles of dirt in the road. I attempted to contact the owners by email and all they said is they would talk to Cody who I am assuming is the manager working on site. For about 2 days after that he would come up and notify us of what they were going to be doing that day so we knew if we needed to leave or not. It wouldn't be such a big deal but I have a 6 month old son who has a heart condition and don't want to have to walk a block to get to a car if there is an emergency. Then now they tore out the part of the street in front of my house so I absolutely can't leave! I waited until the crew was done for the day and spoke to Cody and asked him where is the communication? He said he came up to my door rang the bell and nobody answered. Funny, because I have a doorbell camera and it notifies me on my phone when somebody is at the door. I checked the FULL days worth of footage and he didn't come up to the door once. I sent another complaint email to the company and yet no response, obviously this company doesn't care about the people they effect.

  These guys are a joke, they are averaging less than 3 feet of road per day. The pile of trash at the end of my street has been there for 74 days and counting....
