  Called and the guy was extremely rude, would rather go without water than deal with someone so mean. I completely get that every plumber is probably exhausted right now. Next time someone calls, if you’re too busy or frustrated to answer a few questions send the call to voicemail. I hope your day got better.

  Called James (Lone Star Plumbing) and informed what work was needed to complete job. Replace 5 inches of 1/2 inch copper tubing. Involved de-soldering leaky tubing and soldering in new tubing. Quoted me a price of $100. Job entailed working off platform (2 story house). Excellent work and completed job in a little over 1 hours time. Intention was to tip him $50 dollars on top of the $100 quoted (for good work and having to work off platform). Following completion of work asked what I owed him. He quoted me $200. Informed him of what he quoted over phone. Again he stated $200. Will "not" be calling him back for more work if plumbing work needed in future.

  James and his crew were prompt, professional, and hardworking. I noticed a slab leak and gave J & J a call. They started working ASAP and worked diligently all day to get it fixed. I'm definitely going to call J & J for all my plumbing concerns moving forward. Highly recommend.
