  This company was subcontracted through our builder to install all plumbing in our new build home. We are 16 months in our new build home and we have a slow drip coming from our guest bathtub faucet. This bathtub has been used 5 times at most since we moved in. When I reached out and explained this to their customer service, I was told that they would come take a look at it but it we would be of charge to us. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend them or consider their work “good quality”.

  I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the performance of your tub/shower faucet from Moen and we understand your frustration. We'll certainly reach out to our Moen Rep to relay your feedback with their product. Even though this is out of our labor warranty and not a workmanship issue, I would encourage you to contact Moen (1-800- BUY-MOEN) for free replacement parts or we could do that for you on your behalf.

  We've had the privilege of using JG Graybill several times for a renovation project we recently completed. Each visit they were professional, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Bill was amazing at helping us creatively problem solve a few issues we were having, and went the extra mile to help us out several times. We have also used JG Graybill at our rental property and have been very happy with the results. I really appreciate the integrity and humility I have witnessed in Evan, Bill, and Mitch- this is a great team of guys!

  My wife called me at work and to report our 12 year old water heater stopped working again. I called J.G. Graybill who was able to walk me through some options, offered some advice, and then scheduled the replacement of my water heater for later that same day. Service techs Bill and Mitch were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job getting things back up and running in no time. Very happy with the experience and have peace of mind the job was done right. Almost like having a plumber in the family.
