  Mr Franklin was amazing. I would recommend him to everyone. His response to an already stressful situation was timely and extremely professional. Handled everything from A to Z no hassle to us. He dropped what he was doing and showed up on the WEEKEND!!!!!!! This gentleman is your ideal contractor. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would.

  Very professional, quality work, and very knowledgeable. Mr. Franklin takes pride in his work and treats all jobs as if it were his own. I called and he returned my call quickly, I had no hot water and the heat was not working properly and he got my Navien combi unit up and running in no time.

  John is honest and reliable!!! Being a family Business owner myself I know how important it is to be trustworthy, fair and honest !! Franklin was able to get a large job done on A weekend for me which says a Lot no excuses or delays problem fixed prompt and priced right !! Thank you so much J Franklin for your professional service !! I called on a Saturday night came right away and he was there Sunday morning to finish the job and right !! I’m sure Timing was everything for a weekend job but highly recommend John Franklin !! Five star
