  They were friendly enough on the phone, but when I described the problem with my Maytag washer, the guy told me "that he didn't want to waste my time", meaning their time, and he didn't think the washer could be fixed. Never mind their free estimate and actually looking at it. He also said he had never heard of my type of Maytag washer. (3000 series).

  Had a dryer problem. Called at 8am. They were at the house by 10am. Problem fixed in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price.
