  I’d give Jamie and his business a 0/5 stars if I could. We had a full HVAC unit installed 2.5 years ago by J Austin. They failed to plumb in two of the four air returns which caused innumerable issues for the first few months of using this unit. We finally figured out what the problem was on our own after having Jamie and Doug both out to our home over a dozen times to troubleshoot the issues. No one caught that the air return ducts were incomplete. We had to spend $200 on parts and finish the install ourselves because Jamie refused. He also said he’d refund us the money for all the parts we had to buy to finish it and then never returned our phone calls. The unit still isn’t functioning properly and he refuses to come troubleshoot the problems. We paid him over 10 grand for an HVAC unit and we are left with it never working. I could not be more disappointed in this company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for any HVAC work.

  Before they started, they explained what needed done, showed us, and let us know our options. In our case there was a crack in the area that could've released carbon monoxide. We were very satisfied and thankful and would recommend

  Doug was very courteous and professional. Seemed very knowledgeable in his field and was able to get my furnace repaired promptly
