  Scheduled through American Home Shield on Friday. No response. Called Monday to learn they canceled the service and were not taking AHS requests. I asked if AHS was aware of this as I am waiting for three days with no water, yes I have the email was the reply. Called AHS and the agent put a second request in charged my card again because the service was canceled. The system pulled up the same plumber as available. Now three days later no water. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A SERVICE THEN DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

  Everyone we've dealt with at J A Holmes is professional and courteous. Service is fantastic, our repairs are done quickly and correctly the first time. They do their best and we truly appreciate it! They've repaired broken water lines both above and below ground and handled two water heater issues. I highly recommend them and always give their info to anyone we know who needs something they can do.

  They did a great but over priced we got a value at lowes for $50.00 and they charged $90.00
