  Our 13 yr old water heater went out this morning. I contacted Ivitts, and had a new water heater installed by lunch. They were professional and got the job done. As an added bonus, they made me look good---my wife was impressed with me "taking care of it" before day was over.

  called with a severely blocked drain pipe where could not even flush toilet. they worked us in during a booked day to come out and unclog us. the 2 men were very nice and did an amazing job. highly recommend Ivitts. they were life savors. thanks again

  We purchased a hot water heater and contacted Ivitts to bring the new water heater down the steps into basement hook it up. They were at our house for maybe a hour and they charged more than we payed for our hot water heater. When they were leaving they asked for signature for payment and they informed me that they couldn't take the old water heater out although we still were being charged for it. Im glad they came and hooked up out hot water heater after 5 days but won't use Ivitts again!
