  Denny Is poor quality, During the Winter months He was supposed to be at my home to hook my heat and air conditioning Mini split system up. It was a LG system. He let me know that he wanted to wait until conditions got better. I ended up with the flu for 3 weeks. He hooked it up on the last week that I was sick. When summer came, Only 2 out of the 4 Mini split heads worked. He hooked this system up roughly in January. Once It was warm,it was time to change over to air conditioning, The 2 systems have not worked all summer and he refuses to come by and fix them. Now I find out they he needs text support assistance because he don't know how to do it is self. So the entire summer I have been in my home with a brand new system that does not work and have been miserable. Maybe if he didn't let his help hook the system up, And he might have been there his self, Things might have been better. But I seriously stress the word MIGHT!! Because I complained about the poor quality of work, He told the company LG that he was in fear for his life because I was here when he had to work on the system, That was only because I was upset of the poor quality of work. I wouldn't Recommend him to my worst enemy. I would not even hire him to put in a window unit.

  We had our main unit on our mini-splits go out over New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day. Denny showed up with a new unit at a great price and had it up in running in no time. Very responsive, polite and professional. Will be my first call every time.

  We had a complete service installed on the island. The neatness, quality have exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is of high quality and ductwork is all strapped neatly with no loss of attic storage. Speaking with Dennis he will ensure that all things are covered before leaving the job. Would I recommend absolutely because I have been told that I am one fussy person to please. Well I was pleased. Keep up the great work and the integrity that goes along with it.
