  I'm still mad after 5 years. Ugh. Customer services was horrible. The salesman assured me that the faucet we bought would fit between the sink & the window. It didn't. He changed his story to he said it should fit. They charged a huge amount for a restocking fee. They were horrible to work with. Nothing came when they said it would. I would never go back, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

  Ordered a spa cover lifter 27days ago, company never had it in stock and said 7-10 days. I should have known better, I am sorry I didn't read all the bad reviews before moving forward wit his company. Do not use or fall for pricing.

  Similar to the complaints of others, I placed an order, waited for delivery and, after two months, canceled the order. I was given a return authorization number, with a 3-5 day refund window. A month later, I'm going through my credit card company to try to get resolve, as Ira Wood is not returning calls, emails or responding to through their online customer service portal.
