  The initial survey of the work was great, and everybody was friendly,. However once the work was started, the workers that came had no professionalism. I was asking if the DHW Navien unit they were installing was a combi unit , and the gentleman installing it was getting annoyed that I was even asking him. He kept brushing me off and just answering “yes” to get me to leave. After the work was completed I asked how to set up the unit’s boiler function, and he told me this unit was incapable of doing so. The invoice said Combi unit, I asked for a combi unit, they told me it was a combi unit, and now they’re telling me it’s not? I asked if they could swap it out and they declined. Fine. I figured I’d take the loss on that one. Fast forward a year, renovations are done in the house and we’re starting to move in and actually use the DHW unit, and it’s beginning to fall off the wall. They used wood to shim the unit onto the concrete wall (Navien’s instructions do not call for this). Fearing a gas/water line being broken, I called to ask if they would stand by their work and come and rehang the unit, and they said they would get back to me. A few days pass and i call back asking for an update, i was given the run-around and then told they’d call me back. As you may have guessed, they have not. I’m now looking to get their work repaired. Literally 2 months of being used was all it took.
