  Chris and Marty were VERY kind and very easy to work with. They also appeared to work very well together. Both were knowledgeable about the work they each needed to do. Chris understands septic systems and knew what needed to be done for the repairs on my system. They were very responsive to my requests when I had them. Their work was excellent as was their cleanup! I would not hesitate to highly recommend either of these young men and Intelligent Design to anyone! Chris had done work for me before through Intelligent Design and I was pleased to have him back. I will always request him! And if he needs a helper, I would welcome Marty back.

  Before the appointment I received a text with the name and photo of the technician. Jordan and his trainee took their time thoroughly inspecting, testing, and documenting the units. At the end Jordan talked me through the procedures and answered my questions with the patience of a teacher. I received a detailed invoice and a punch list of needed maintenance items, grouped by priority. I will supply the report from ID to my home warranty company. I chose to start doing business with Intelligent Design because of their courageous proclamation of the risen Savior. I stay with them because of the quality work. It also means a lot to me the same technician have been assigned my account for over two years now. They know my systems and I (and the 🐕) know them.

  We decided to go with Intelligent Design after receiving extremely helpful customer service and a very quick response time. We had discovered a leak in our shower that ultimately ended up under the slab. Intelligent Design, within days, was able to help us locate the leak and repair it, as well as upgrade the plumbing in both bathrooms and replace a water heater as well. Pricing was fair and I can't say that we encountered a single hiccup in the process. The guys were very professional, considerate, and the communication was outstanding. I would recommend them 100 times over.
