  I've used this company several times in past, always have provided great service and great work. Recently had question about extended labor charge on invoice, so placed a call in which owner called the next day. I wanted to explain my perspective that the job actually completed by the tech should arguable not be extended labor, as extent of labor was cutting 10x10" hole in ceiling and replacing J channel. Owner interrupted my recall of events, acted shocked I was even calling about this, had no interest in letting me finish. He even started rattling off their BBB scores... Typically don't write these reviews, but if the owner isn't concerned about his customers the people should know. Thanks for the $400 hole and $150 of "labor"!
