  Recommend. Referred by our neighbors, we have used this team twice on our old house. First job - They took time to define the cause of a drain leak, and to repair the leak behind a wall. They did neat work and cleaned up afterwards, and explained as they went along, and also next steps for remediation. Second job - emergency service call for a drain cleaning. Took the time carefully clear a blocked drain line to determine cause of blockage whether due to old pipes or related to recent construction work. Found a slice of PVC pipe from construction. Keeps good equipment and specialty tools. Recorded camera footage for us. Good customer interface. Would call again.

  I was directed like another posting on here from integrity foundation repair. They showed up twice to look for clean outs to decide I don’t have any and that they would pull my toilets to do an isolation test on my sewer lines. They did the test as they said and informed me I would need to replace lines throughout my house and quoted the repairs at 15k! I almost dropped dead on the spot, feeling weird about them due to me watching them do the test and acting confused I called another plumber to do this isolation test. They informed me there’s no good way to test without a clean out, I agreed and after they installed the clean out and repaired a small section near the cleanout… what do you know I passed the isolation test! Get this for 1080 for cleanout installed, isolation test and the repair. Saved 13920 by getting another opinion. This company will try to intimidate you to spend tons of money because you got foundation repaired by their sister company and you only have so long to get the work done to get the warranty. Do yourself a favor, if you get a ridiculous quote get yourself a second or third opinion especially if this is your first quote! Even though I missed the deadline for warranty I saved enough to get my foundation done two more times and still have money left over. Everyone I know will know to stay away from this company!

  And once again they go above and beyond. Showing up in the freezing rain to install a new water heater. As always, the entire crew from start to finish are professional, prompt and 100% focused on customer service. The value of having someone you can trust - priceless!! Thank You.
