  This is the most incompetent company we have ever worked with. Had him come to look at our furnace because the air conditioning wasn't working. Said it needed parts and he had to have the money for the parts up front.. Gave it to him .Next thing I know he needs more money for parts . Now we are into this for over $800.00 . To make a long story short. after paying this guy over $1400 he says the furnace can't be fixed. Refuses to give us any kind of refund. We needed up having to call someone else out and have a new furnace installed. Now, 8 months later we get a bill from office manager saying we didn't pay a bill for $159.00 I had to go and look up all my records and of course it was paid. This is ridiculous! How dare they ! After shafting us for over $1400 ., They have the nerve to try and soak us for another $159.00 STAY AWAY! They are lucky I don't sue them .. I just might!!
