I would love to leave a 5 star rating for IPS, unfortunately I can’t. I only leave negative reviews when I feel they are deserved. Alex came and looked at our problem. We decided to go with his company and he said he would be out to work on our home within the next week. Instead, he did nothing but stall and put us off on the leak in our crawlspace. After asking us not to use the bathroom until the leak was fixed, he said he was going to get to us the following week. He never called and finally my husband (after two weeks had gone by without using our main bathroom) called and a woman answered and said she would get back to us. No calls were returned and my husband  finally left a message that if he didn’t respond to his message,  then we would  know he didn’t want to to the job. No response. This experience speaks volumes about how unreliable and unprofessional this company operates. In this day and age when homeowners need work done in a timely manner, we just need it done. I don’t think any homeowner is looking to give businesses a hard time.  We are just looking to pay them for their hard work. Don’t waste your time.

We noticed you consistently leave negative reviews for most businesses you review. I’m sorry you were compelled to leave IPS a negative review for work we never accepted.

As indicated to you previously in our two (free) visits your house, we aren’t able to assess your job until you stop using the toilet that’s dumping raw human waste where work needs to be done.

We value our technicians and will never send them under a house when the homeowner refuses to help make the conditions safe for them to work.
