He was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, was on time and cleaned up everything neatly as he worked. He was very pleasant to work with.   Excellent service again!!! Last time I changed my water heater I used Innovative Water Heating Repair also. I called them back 5 years later and I am just as happy and impressed with their technicians work, knowledge, professional all the way. I continue to recommend and will definitely use them again.

  We were very impressed by our technician. He efficiently installed a new water heater and replaced many of the surrounding pipes with insulation. The new water heater was more securely attached to its location than the previous water heater. He followed all of the Covid procedures and made us all feel safe. We would definitely use this company again (hopefully not too soon) and highly recommend this company.
