Advertises residential on their website and even their google lookup. Call and let them know I need some residential service to get, "What are you looking for? We really don't do residential!" Don't waste your time calling them for residential. Thanks for the help IES.

Brandon, sorry you were offended, not my intention. Our website has a residential category, which says limited to Generator installs, & transfer switches. That was why I asked what you were looking for, didn't want you to think we do smaller service calls, it's just not our area. Most of our accounts are commercial. I can make a recommendation if you need one.
