I usually do not write negative reviews regarding vendors. But my recent interaction with Infinity Plumbing has caused me to reconsider, if only to save someone else from the experience that I have had to endure. My tankless water heating system was in need of repair. The technician did arrive in a timely manner (3 - 4 days) and was courteous and professional. He was here for a few minutes and said that he did fix a venting problem on the unit and that it was fully functional and would no longer alarm. Indeed, the unit while he was here was not alarming and was producing hot water. However, the moment he was literally PULLING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY the unit started to alarm and malfunction again. I called Infinity Plumbing's office directly and was told by the lady who identified herself as the "owner" (I believe that her name is Gina) that the problem had been repaired, the ticket had been closed, and the plumber would not be allowed to return unless we PAID AGAIN. I expressed my concern that the unit had NOT been repaired and that it was having the SAME issue as the plumber was pulling away from our driveway. She then became extremely rude and threatened me with a long wait time on the follow-up repair process stating that she would personally see to it that we went all weekend without hot water, which is exactly what is now happening. For anyone considering using Infinity Plumbing: BEWARE!

Our fill valve was broken and the area to loosen was difficult to unscrew and replace. They arrived during the timeframe they gave us and the service was great. Very kind, got the job done and answered my questions as a first time home buyer. Thank you Infinity Plumbing!

Have a leaky water heater and we use American Home Shield for our home warranty. They assigned Infinity Plumbing as our contractor. Got a call within 24-48 hours and got an appointment scheduled for today between 1:00 and 5:30. 4pm rolls around, no ETA, call 3 times, no answer, no text answer and no response from email. No contact from them saying the plumber is delayed, or opportunity to reschedule. Totally unprofessional. Called AHS and had them reassign our ticket to another company and they tried to contact Infinity, no luck. Now I need to wait another 24 hours with a leaky water heater.
