  One of the huge disadvantages of living in a small town is lack of quality service and different options for services. This company takes advantage of the fact that they don’t have any competition. They make it appear as if they can fix the issue, but in reality they only provide a quick temporary solution. The problem reoccurs weeks later. They offer no suggestion, and show little to no ability in being able to actually fix it.

  I had a situation in my house where an old iron pipe had a crack in it and we were unable to use the main bathroom upstairs, I called Ims plumbing heating and air conditioning and I spoke with the owner who ended up taking the job on himself, we had gone a month or so without it, so when we were able to get Jason out to our house to fix it it was such a huge relief, Jason was very clear on what needed to be done and he kept us aware of how much time he was going take. I would totally recommend Jason Ims plumbing, heating and air conditioning for all my needs he live in our neighborhood and knows the area very well....... Thank you Jason for your services........
