  IMCO in Benton Illinois charged my company 950.00 for a tool. A couple days later I called to see if it was in and the Benton locations phone was busy and I was patched through to Springfield. I found out through the Springfield location that they would have shipped to me for free to use and that Benton knew this. I was also told they sell the item for 650.00 and that I was overcharged by 300.00. I was then told I had no right to call and verify the price and they would only give me half of the difference back and they could care less if I did business with them again....I am very disappointed........
