  Do not order from this business. I ordered some supplies from them in good faith. Only thing so received was an empty box and they refused a replacement unless I paid again or wait for them to file a claim on the shipper and get paid . This place is the ultimate rip off and do not honor their business practices.

  Bobbie needs to understand that we shipped his product, making good on ALL our obligations and were not the one who accepted the opened package in question. Therefore, it is his RESPONSIBILITY as the BUYER to make a claim against the CARRIER, not the SELLER. We tried to help and explained several different options to Bobbie, but he refused. Instead he acted chesty and demand two for the price he paid for one. Please Bobbie, do you really think we paid $10 to ship you an empty/ open ended box? No thank you, J. C. White.
