Luis did a great job. Simple routine maintenance but he took the time to explain a little bit how the system works and what he was doing since I'm a recent transplant from up North and lack knowledge on air conditioning units. He advised on options which we are concerned with due to mold found in the unit. Gave us a reasonable estimate on UV light and air cleaners we could install. We were very satisfied with the service from your company

First, Connor came out and diagnose the situation. Inspection showed that repair would be expensive, while replacement would be more costly, but being a retired maintenance electrician for many types of equipment, know that repair if an old unit, very old, would not be cost effective, compared to a new, under warranty, unit. So, new was the decision. Enjoyed speaking with Connor, friendly and knew his facts. He represented the company in great manner. New unit was installed today, will add to this as unit is used for a few days, or so. I am pleased with the work, as it was performed. The installation was done by Steve and Louis. Like Connor they represent the company well. So far all is great. I give 5 stars today, shall see if it is too many, as time goes by. Time has gone by, it's a new year. The final work was done on Friday the 31st, installing the flashing between unit and home. All is well, a cool beginning to this new year.

Iceberg air-conditioner is a very prompt and professional business. The tech they sent ,Jamie, he was very professional, friendly , knowledgeable and over all awesome guy. I can't thank you enough for fixing my heater and thermostat. I would use this company and recommend them for future use. Thank you very much.
