Randy (Owner and GM) will give it to you straight on exactly what's going on, the true costs of ALL involved and everything in-between. Randy is thorough, personable, professional, and exactly who you want to be helping you along the way of your repairs. Again, can't say enough great things, truly an awesome company to work with.   It has been a pleasure to work with Randy. I&I has been extremely responsive. They fairly set expectations and deliver on them - that is hard to find these days. In my special circumstances, Randy has been diligent and sensitive to the people and work environment. He brings the "science" to a place where it is easily understood and can be acted upon. Will/would use again!
