  I was dealing with a warranty company, trying to get an AC units fixed (21days)... Hydrodynamics was contacted and even though it was a 2 hour drive from them, they were AWESOME to work with.... quick fix, friendly tech. and customer service..itlf I lived in their area I would use them all the time. Thanks for getting it fixed 👍 right before heat wave...

  I don't normally write reviews, but I have to say that this guy is top notch when it comes to knowing what he is doing. I had Biros out at my place for 8-9 hours trying to fix and wire up a grinder pump. Biros came and brought two pumps and still couldn't figure out how to get things working. Thank God I called Mike (Believe that was his name) he had the job done in an hour. When it comes to grinder pumps this is your guy. I will use him for any plumbing needs in the future, can't say enough about this "seasoned" guy!

  Was here 15 minutes to tell me my pool heater was bad they could not fix had to go to a pool dealership. Charge 150 dollars for hour plus 125 traveling cost. Nice racket.

  HydroDynamics, Inc. did make you aware of the trip charge, along with the standard price of $89 for the service call, prior to the service date. You were charged an additional $153.18 due to magistrate fees which were necessary once we had to go through a civil complaint to collect on your outstanding bill, which we generously gave you over a year to pay.
