  Called Friday morning , no answer so I left a message, no response for hours. They said they can't do till Monday morning. Monday morning came and went so I called again and they still didn't know when they might be able to come.

  In re of our conversation of being booked friday and of a possible delay in service times on monday due to incoming weather our services were delayed for all customers today due to inclement weather making it hard to give an exact arrival time. You were on our service order schedule today when you canceled before i could get an updated arrival time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Customer satisfaction is our top priority
