We were having issues with our hot water heater and they came the same day we called in. Jason and Timothy were very professional and personable. They explained everything and were able to get it fixed quickly at a much better price than expected. All around great service!

Wow... the guy must have been having a bad morning. I called about a condenser unit that is under parts and labor warranty with Goodman... needs a new start/run capacitor. When I questioned whether or not the "diagnostic" fee would be covered under warranty (not wanting to pay an $80 diagnostic fee for an $80 part)... the guy I was talking to got upset and said "find someone else to do it." And hung up. I did find someone else... and I hope you will as well.

We apologize for any miscommunication you may have had regarding a warranty.

Hutchins put a new ac system in my house and did a great job.   They gave me a good price and  were very professional.

I've been looking for a plumber for a couple of years and called Hutchins for a leaking faucet.  Gann and Timothy came out and did an amazing job.  They gave me the information of what they would have to do upfront so there were no surprises, showed me the issue that needed to be replaced, and left it looking brand new.  They're easily the two most professional, personable, and cordial repair men I've had at my house.  They've definitely earned my future business.

Great company to do business with.   They have alway done great work with very complete prices for me.   I would highly recommend them.

Jason and Timothy were here today to check our water heater and they were AWESOME.  We were told by another company that we needed a new water heater because of a flood that stopped the electrical equipment from working.  We called Hutchins to get a new water heater but Jason and Timothy said they would see whether they could just replace the electrical portion of the water heater.  As it turns out, they got it to work without having to replace anything and we are so grateful. We appreciate an organization that operates with the highest level of integrity and honesty.  We also appreciate that they are highly skilled and knew exactly what to do when they were here.  It doesn't get any better than this company so we have made a new connection to a McKinney resource.  We recommed them to anyone new to McKinney who's looking for an honest, reputable, responsive organization with whom to work .  The Heard-Craig Center for the Arts in downtown McKinney

If we could put NO STAR, we would.  We called today to have someone come out and inspect our heating system and my husband told them that we have a home warranty.  Before he could say anything else, the fellow on the phone said, "we don't deal with home warranties." My husband explained that we would deal with the home warranty company and the fellow cut him off and said again, "we don't work with any home warranty company." End of conversation.

Thank you for your response, however, we believe you have been misinformed.  My husband visited with your employee, Jacob.  Jacob did not offer any additional information; nor did he say your company would set up an appointment.  Again, he just said, we don't work with any warranty companies PERIOD.  If you would like to contact us directly, please let me know.  We wanted to work with your company as our neighbor spoke highly of you and your service.

We are updating our review because we spoke with Jeremy from Hutchins this morning and resolved the issue.  Larry came out and inspected our heating system and because of the its age (21 years) many of the parts are not available.  He talked to our home warranty company several times .  We will continue to use Hutchins for any repairs with heating, cooling and plumbing going forward.  We are very impressed with this company's efforts to help us.

Good evening and thank you for the post. Unfortunately this is true, we do not work with all home warranty companies, as we only have one we are in contract with and that was explained. We did offer to come out and see what was wrong with the system and that we would have to deal with you directly. The customer would have to be responsible communicating with the home warranty company regarding any reimbursement the may or may not have and our invoice would have all information needed to send to the home warranty company.
