  I called to schedule a water heater replacement and was told they could do it the following Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to see what time I could expect Al the next day and he said he would have to call me in the morning. They never called and never showed up (I had taken the morning off from work to be home for the replacement). I called around 11am and Al said he would come at 4pm to look at my water heater. He never showed and never called, very unreliable and I wouldn’t recommended doing business with this company.

  I was extremely satisfied with the service, quality, and price I received from Hurlburt’s. They converted my heating system from oil to a high efficiency natural gas system including water heating. Al and his team showed up when they said they would, did a high quality installation, removed the old oil system, and the final price was exactly what was quoted.
