  Made appointment and never showed up. I tried calling 4 times and they never returned my calls. Had to find someone else to deal with reconnect permit for the county. Very frustrating as I had promised the county someone was coming today. Cannot recommend this company.

  Called on as an emergency for a water heater and they were very fast and professional. They did a great job.

  it took 5 appointments for them to simply swap out a faucet that they put in that was faulty. they never called when they couldn't make an appointment would never apologize and frankly didn't seem to care how it affects there customer. To your response faulty parts do happen but what should not happen is no calling no showing a customer multiple times in a row and never even apologizing for it. as a customer i shouldn't have to call you to learn you wont be able to make the appointment you gave me that is extremely unprofessional and a waste of my vacation days i had to used for the appointments you couldn't be bothered to keep.

We can not always control the "faulty" products and I am sorry you felt it was our fault it was "faulty" and that you could not reach out to us instead of using the internet. We do warranty our work and products for one year and we firmly stand behind that. I am sorry you had to wait to be serviced but I am glad we were able to rectify the problem for you. We love our customers and appreciate you supporting your small town business.
