  We had Humes air come out and check out out ac unit. It 23 years old so we knew We needed a new one. They came told they were ordering the new unit and It would be here on Monday than on Wednesday then they stop communicating with us 18 days later. We call main office talk to someone there. A gentleman calls back and tell me it will Be here tomorrow. We asked a simple question if we could pay a little more if the could in install on Saturday. Guy said hold on 1 sec than Shawn gets in the phone tells me that we had another contractor so why don’t we go with them then hung up on me. See after our meeting with snawn we told other guy never mind cause we had his team. We have an 87 year old person living with you gone to hospital due heat related issues. I wouldn’t have had a problem if he was a real business man he would have properly keep in communication with us.

  They were very quick to respond. Very fast getting our air conditioning system installed. Just took 24 hours from the first phone call. Well done. We are very satisfied.
