  HRI is highly professional and very responsive. I worked with them remotely to help install a new sink faucet and under sink plumbing updates in my fathers home 150 miles away. I appreciated the ability to text, email, and pay online. They worked with my father who is also disabled to clearly communicate arrival and completion times working him through the entire process. This is the second time I’ve had HRI at his home to do work and they are one of the best plumbing companies I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend.

  We had a pipe leaking into our basement on a Saturday morning the week before Christmas! Ugh! I started calling every plumber I knew, of course, it was a Saturday during the holidays! HRI advertises 24 hour service and they are prompt. We knew, up front, the weekend service call rate - no surprise when the bill was due - and, the technician estimated the cost of the repair before he began! Prompt, efficient and professional service when we needed it most!

  Everyone was super nice and they did a good job. But charging $690.00 for half hr job and 3 ft of copper pipe is just crazy! I know it was on the weekend but it feels like they are taking advantage of it, and that we have to get it done by them because there's no one else available.
