  My older unit went out. I called to make the appointment and Sonia was nice and gathered all the details needed. They were able to job us in for same day even though they were booked. Miles was the repairman that came out. I was called prior to his arrival and given a time frame. He arrived right on time. He was professional and I enjoyed the text I received before his arrival with his photo so I knew who to expect at my home. He made sure he kept my home clean from outside debris which was nice. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions until I understood. He confirmed I was ok with the charges before doing any work. I would recommend them. They are not cheap at all, but you get what you pay for.

  Kyle and Wesley were professional and timely in my needs. They did a quick swap of my old water heater to a new one and now I have hot water again. Overall the work and communication was great. The price was ok, could have been a little cheaper. I would suggest to anyone who needs a fast replacement of a water heater
