  I have to say I was disappointed all around. They no called/no showed for 3 different scheduled appointments. I had to keep following up, then randomly, after I called and scheduled another plumber, they tell me someone is on their way. This was just to replace an outdoor frost proof spigot, a 30 minute job. At this point I needed it done. Andrew was great, I can't say anything against the actual work. But, the invoice came, written on a paper and a follow up not itemized, the total cost for 35 minutes of work...$489 for one spigot replacement (not a new install, just replacing). Somewhat on me, I should've asked what it would cost, but this price is astronomical, and the communication was terrible.

  We were in desperate need for a plumber and Vinnie's guys really came through for us. I had a leaking hot water laundry faucet on a Sunday night before moving day and we were in a panic. Called several other plumbers and they were unable to come out for several days. Vinnie told me he'd have someone there next morning 9am. Andrew and George (hoping I have their names right) showed up on time and repaired our issue within 20 minutes. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I'd recommend Houdini without hesitation. They really saved us when we were in a bind.

  I would highly recommend Houdini Plumbing. They did a great job for me and would definitely call them back next time I need any plumbing needs.
