  We had hot water pouring through our ceiling. It was a Sunday--emergency! These guys went out of their way to get to our home. Within 10 minutes they had diagnosed the problem, located the broken pipe above the ceiling, and were busy fixing the problem. The whole job took less than an hour, and they also bled our hot water pipes to the baseboards, which had air in them and had been making a lot of noise at night. Great guys. Great communication. Smart, efficient, competent. I would recommend them very highly.

  Unfortunately after we were ghosted by a different company which had installed our heat pump/mini split system HWS was willing to come by and service our system. They were on time, very good communication, very professional and answered my many, many questions. I am very happy with the service we received.
