Had Adam and Matt out to install a combi-boiler. These guys took a lot of care to make sure the system works great and looks great. After the installation, they've checked to make sure everything is running smoothly and that we are happy with how the new boiler is running. Kids poured water into the exhaust vent of our Rinnai tankless water heater and it stopped working. The first plumbers that came out had to call Rinnai tech support to figure things out, and then quoted me $5000 to replace the gas valve which they'd have to special order. David from Hot Water Now came the same day, tried cleaning out the unit first and when that didn't solve the problem he replaced the gas valve (he had the exact part in his truck!) for $350. He was very knowledgable and was willing to explain everything so I understood what was wrong. I would recommend this company to anybody with a tankless water heater.

I hired Hot Water Now! to service my Rinnai RL75iN tankless water heater in August 2020. Everyone I spoke with, which included ownership, the front office and the technician went above and beyond. This is THE company to work with if you need to replace a water heater. The owner, Keith, knows his stuff. The back their work and guarantee their service. I had a little getting my hot water to come out of the upstairs faucet, and they had somebody there within 24 hours. Amazing company to have install, maintain or repair your water heating needs.

As a former installer, I feel it's important to put the truth out there. DON'T. I write this not as a bitter ex employee, but as a tradesman who's really disappointed at the some of the work I signed off on.You should know the truth first. The owner, Keith is a mess behind the scenes. He claims to have a masters license, as a journeyman, his lack of practical knowledge was troubling. He will come out and give you a bid that is physically, totally unfeasible, meaning I'd eat up more of your time, trying to figure out what should be done to do it right. He doesn't order the right parts for the job, which means I run to the supply house, eating more of your time. My last job for him was a 20 hour day that happened because he failed absolutely. It was a one day boiler job, and the homeowners were saints about it. The next day he told me decided to stop paying over time earlier that week... The job was on a Thursday. Nice. He regularly orders products different from the one you wanted, with they mentality "Oops, well they'll never know." They don't know the cost offset to the tune of hundreds. He sell shoddy rebuilds at new prices. And, put me in a position to lie to you about it. That was the catalyst for me leaving. I suggest doing research on companies like Security Plumbing, Sacry plumbing or Jim Needham LLC. Get a specialist, not a con artist. If he responds, I'll go into his other illegal business practices. I've got a court case I'm considering filing myself. On that note, their service guys are pros, if you need help with service on a previously installed unit, Jordan and David are top notch. Just stay away from installation.
