Superb response time! Handled our issue and install in less than 24hrs! Amazing team! Very professional, military discount and promotion discount. They really helped us out at a super fair rate and quick install/replacement during freezing temperatures! No nonsense and easy to work with. The whole crew was awesome! Wish I could buy them a beer!

Cole was awesome. I wanted to learn a little more about our heat pump so he was explaining things to me as he went through the maintenance. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also just a nice guy. I felt very comfortable having him in our home and would absolutely do business with Horizon again if I knew someone like Cole was coming to do the work.

The crew was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions in regards to my new HVAC system. They also cleaned up after themselves down to any staples, etc in my driveway. The difference between my 22 yr old system to what I have now is night and day and I couldn’t be more please.
