  Definitely do not recommend.. They do not give you emergency numbers when you buy a brand new unit which is only 2 months old and froze completely up on a Sunday. Finally after calling all day and leaving messages reached the owner and was told he didn’t have his phone with him and they get off on weekends just like everyone else. Thought buying from a family owned business they would definitely be right there to take care of their customers.. But was I surprised. Just wished I had shopped around more before making such a large purchase.

  We have been doing business with Hopkins Co. Since 1979. They have always treated us fairly. The other day our heat/ac unit quit (16 years old), the guys came out and informed us that we really needed a new unit. Made the deal on Monday afternoon, unit arrived on Tuesday morning, and was installed on Thursday. Very nice job, totally professional. We will keep doing business with Johnny and the crew for as long as they are in business.
