Came out quickly and solved my problem with spare parts on hand! But they charged $120 diagnostic fee and $180 labor. All for about an hours work. Pretty steep price.

Mrs. Gaines, I'm so sorry, We'd be happy to review your bill with you, the diagnostic is $40.00 and you are only charged that if you choose not to do repair but want to know what is wrong with unit. If you get repair, you don't pay the diagnostic fee. If you want to call the office we can review and go over any errors you think were made. We are here to help. Thank you for your business.
