Agreed over the phone for a septic clean and service @ 500 gallons only. Also price was agreed upon before given CC info. When I saw my invoice I was charged nearly double and was pumped double from the septic tank that was not agreed on. Since this service setup was over the phone, and whomever took down the order did not do their job correctly. There is nothing that can be done now, and also no solution. First time using them and already a bad experience. Make sure you go in person, since you cannot prove a verbal over the phone, or record the convo. They just take you to the cleaners off the bat. SMH.

The company came to pump out the septic and then closed up all the tanks without filling the one that would turn the alarm off. The second tank should’ve been filled as other companies have done in the past. When I called the company they asked me to call my maintenance company to come and fill it, which would be a $75 service charge after I paid honeybee $600 to pump it today. The man that came told me just to turn on the water and let it run so I let it run for over three hours at full blast in the house On multiple facets And it still did not fill up. Call the gentleman who pumped up this morning and they said when my husband gets home have him put a hose down the second. They called me back and said that it was filled up to the crystals but that they didn’t fill it up till the float so that the alarm would go off. Not happy

I had a VERY BAD experience with HoneyBee in that they were paid to simply pump out my septic system. Two guys came out to do this & I paid them------however when it came to covering the hole back up & filling the dirt back over the hole, they were reluctant to do this. Being a woman, I did not wish to deal with that, so I paid them each $25.00 more to do their job. I might add that I had been out the morning before they came, clearing away brush& digging so they could get to where they needed easier. Before they came, I knew I had (2) bricks covering the hole. They told me that that was not proper & it would leak--that I needed something flat over the hole. The reason they were called in the first place was I had noticed a small amount of leaking & some smell around the area. I told them they could use a stepping stone I had to cover the hole. They said that would work, and they proceded to cover the hole. They covered the hole with mainly twigs & branches I had cut earlier that day rather than so much the dirt that was shoveled to the side. They told me to flush, I did & there was water coming from the hole making everything slushy.I believe that possibly the stepping stone is not covering the hole all the way & then 2nd., I believe the entire septic was not covered back right. In talking with the manager of the office--she is so adamant that my problem is now that I need new field lines. I cannot understand why I would suddenly need new field lines, and why I have LOTZ & LOTZ more of a problem now with water standing than I did 1 week ago---especially after it has just been pumped. Try to talk to the owner & it won't happen. You will never be put through. He is always out of the office, or in a meeting--blah-blah. Leave a message-you will not get a call back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
