Matt came out to fix a toilet issue we were having.  We had worked on it all weekend and had no luck repairing it.  Matt showed up, took a look at it, went to his vehicle for the tools needed and corrected the issue in about 10 minutes.
He was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable.
The cost was 1/2 what it would have cost me to have a weekend service call from an emergency 24/7 plumber.

Complete bathroom plumbing remodel which required Matt to move existing bathroom toilet vent pipe/drain as well as capping the old plumbing —- all to accommodate new bathroom redesign.  Even Required cutting house foundation slab for drain line replacement He was always on time,  polite, his plumbing skills were top notch & he did an excellent job!  Highly recommend Matt & Honeybee Plumbing !!!

Michael came to the house on a miserable cold, rainy day to install a washing machine disposal line and attach it to my septic system. He had such a great attitude and was super nice and respectful. My house has a really small crawl space and he did the job in a timely manner, took pictures so I could see the work, and kept that great attitude the entire time. Kudos, Michael.

Michael from Honey Bee Plumbing reseated a toilet in our home. Before work began he provided a written estimate. He removed the toilet, inspected the flange, replaced a broken bolt, and installed a new wax seal. He applied new caulk at the base. He cleaned up nicely when done and emailed me photos of the work with my invoice. Very professional and quick service.

Michael is absolutely wonderful. I've had him out to my property to do repairs twice now. Both times he was very professional and super friendly. On both occasions he has stood by his work and taken the time to educate me and my husband on the science behind plumbing. There really is an art to this trade. I've come to have a new appreciation and respect for this profession.  Also, I'd like to mention that Matt also came to my home to do a diagnostic. My appointment with him was squeezed into his schedule at the last minute, but he still tried to fix my problem with the equipment he had on hand. He told me that Michael would have to return the next day with a hydro jet. Michael did and was able to resolve my plumbing issues. Both of these men treated me and my family like human beings and not like we were just another dollar in their pocket. Honey Bee Plumbing is here to make money, as is any business,  but they are also genuinely here to help families get back to normal. Thank you all so much! We hope to see you guys one day being able to put in new septic systems. We will call you all for all our future plumbing needs! Thank you for treating us like we are people and not just another dollar.
