As always, Homer Nine did an excellent job with professionalism and care. Both John and Bob were polite and knowledgeable. Bob went out of his way to make sure that the furnace was working properly and that we were warm again! We will always call Homer Nine when we have heating or air conditioning issues. We needed our hot water tank serviced a few months ago. At that time Homer Nine was proactive and quoted a new tank and placed the details on file. When we had a need for an emergency replacement, all the details were on file and service and parts were available immediately. The technicians are kind and 100% professional. The customer service is amazing with timely follow-up and communication.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my oil furnace and went over and beyond with his customer service while working. I ordered a yearly service plan with them on the spot. I would highly recommend them!
