  We have been on the phone well over an hour trying to touch base with someone about our order. We first called the 800 number and then the store directly. When the lady finally answered after 30 or more minutes, she said she would have to put us on hold again. We just went online and canceled the order and ordered locally with better service.

  They do not work with insurance companies and the contractors are backed up for weeks. Not impressed
