  They do NOT having plumbing services. I bought a washing machine from them. The delivery people refused to hook it up because the shut-off valves were corroded, so they left the washing machine in my tiny kitchen. I called Home Depot to get someone to replace the shut-off valves. They do NOT have plumbers! So now I have to find a plumber and pay extra in addition to the cost of the new machine. Not cool, Home Depot. Not cool. Useless.

  Hired Home Depot to install new countertops and cabinets in my kitchen, which I purchased from them. Had an overall bad experience that started with a mis-measure, continued with a contractor who was clearly involved in too many other projects and not interested in my project (routinely came to work on the kitchen for 1-2 hours, then leave for several days to work on other projects). It was a huge disruption to my life and the finished product does NOT look that professionally done. There are some finishing touches still to be made, and we are now 7 months from the time the install started. DEFINITELY go with a private contractor or Lowe's.
