  We have had an excellent experience with with our kitchen remodel in this store. Starting with picking out the tIle for our kitchen project we met with an a very friendly and very helpful employee on the tile isle. It turns out later that we were speaking with the manager (she was great!) Then finally placing our order for tile and installation Todd who has been wonderful. We did our whole kitchen design with Sarah the kitchen designer who is absolutely fabulous. I know I am gushing, but this store has won our business and our loyalty with their excellent customer service and genuinely kind and friendly employees.

  Buyers Beware! We loved Home Depot before this experience. We went in to Home Depot, applied for a line of credit (to help sales associate) and to pick out carpet to have installed. The outside of the building advertises free carpet install over a certain price. We went in and picked out the carpet we wanted on January 13th. (This process was painless). We then had to have an estimate completed. Upon completion, they charged us an extra $300 in a quote for furniture removal. They added things in to the estimate that we didn't even have (counter tops in the room, mounted furniture etc.). We had to call and have this adjusted and figure out a real quote. After that was sorted out we finalized the payment on the 22nd. They told us 5-10 days for Carpet to arrive. On day 7 we called the lady told us our carpet had been there for 4 days! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. (We have a deadline that this needed to be completed). This is now 2 weeks past the date they took our money and we have never been contacted. Now we finally reach someone and they give us a date of end of Feb beginning of March "they are booked solid". If you plan on buying carpet or having any type of installation service DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT. They will take your money, and forget all about you. We are now back to carpet shopping to find someone who will care.

  Cindy was great in helping us design our new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Can't wait to have it all installed.
