There's not so much of a organization or amount of product as in this chain usually provides I have to go to another location or other chain, I would check out on line or call first if I  am searching for a particular product. Happy building

Downtown location was very disappointing. Nothing in stock, store cluttered, items relocated but aisle not renamed. Very frustrating trip.

This place is always out of stock. I only go here if I seriously have to.
Most employees will ignore you.

Never before have I heard this in a Home Depot until today, young gentleman asked an older employee for assistance and he said your on your own.  I felt like  customer service just went out the window.

Horrible customer service. Do not even waste your time in the kitchen and bath design area. Waited for over 1 hour trying to get help, before I gave up.

Good store...I know the layout, so I can shop quickly.

The tool area is really comprehensive, always go there.
