We are very happy with the work and professionalism of the technicians, Chris H & Neal S, that installed our new furnace and AC units. They explained everything that would be occurring, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The whole process was a great experience and I would highly recommend Home Climates!

Very friendly technicians, however unfortunately they misread the equipment which resulted in an Estimate of over $2000 to replace major components, basically the cost of an entire new system. Fortunately we had an engineer friend take a quick look and after a few minutes of testing he said the thermostat just seemed to have failed. We replaced it with a $25 one from Lowe's and everything is working fine now. Saved us ~$1980 from Home Climate's professional estimate.

Home Climates was fast to help us when our water heater burst and they were able to replace it with a like model that day, but we opted to go tankless and they had a team here to install the next day at 8am. Great service and would definitely use again!
