I had a refrigerator and a dryer needing repair and Scott from Hoffmann Brothers was great to work with. He was very honest and gave me good insight on repair costs vs replacement cost. I had good appliances that have lasted over 12-13 years each and repairing the parts obviously saved me thousands of dollars vs buying all new appliances. Scott was thoughtful and conscientious about coming into my home. He wore booties over his shoes and wore a mask the whole time he was in my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs appliances repaired.

I've used Hoffman three times now. Once for oven repair, once for water heater maintenance, and once for fridge repair. Each time I have been impressed with how professional and personable the techs have been. They also have fair and upfront pricing. I already consider myself a repeat customer. Give them a chance.

Matt came and fixed my fridge/freezer. He was terrific. He came in and listened to what my issues were, explained to me what he thought was the issue, inspected for that issue, and proposed what he thought was the best solution all while explaining to me how and why he was making those decisions. It was a great experience that appears to be the right solution. But if not, he also mentioned that there is a 30 day warranty on the labor and a 1 year warranty on the hardware that he had to install to resolve the problem, so he really went out of his way to explain everything and make sure that I was comfortable with the process and outcome in a way that even I could understand. I would use Matt & Hoffmann again.
